Goalkeeper glove sizing will vary between individuals. Using these two sizing options will help you determine your glove size. Option 1 is good for individuals with wider hands but shorter fingers. And Option 2 is good for individuals with long and narrow fingers.
General rule is that goalkeeper gloves should fit slightly larger, between ¼” to ½” over the end of your fingertips.
Option 1: Measure the circumference of the widest part of the palm just below the knuckles and excluding the thumb. Round up to the next whole inch then add 1 (one) inch to the measurement.
For example: Measured 7.4”, rounded up to nearest whole inch is 8”, then add 1” for size of 9.
Option 2: Measure the length of the hand from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger. Round up to the next whole inch then add 1 (one) inch to the measurement.
For example: Measured 6.3”, rounded up to nearest whole inch is 7”, then add 1” for a size of 8.
